The restaurants of the actor and comedian Pietro Chiambretti and his company Food & Company almost never disappoint. Here is one which has an exceptional frame, under the Galleria Subalpina, in the corner with Piazza Castello. The original cuisine offers Piedmontese dishes as well as Japanese sushi. Excellent wine list with over 250 labels.

Il locale è particolare, le colonne di pietra che sorreggono quelle volte a 7/8 metri di altezza tolgono il fiato peccato che nonostante l'altezza erano evidenti ragnatele e polvere sopratutto sui davanzali, non è una bella presentazione trattandosi di un ristorante....
Il servizio nella media mi aspettavo qualcosa di più vista la location.
Cibo di buona qualità e ben presentato.
