Organized every two years by the Slow Food association, this fair takes place at the same time as the Terra Madre event, which brings together the best food and wine producers in Italy. It is an opportunity to discover small cheese producers and many gourmet products from Italy and around the world. A global meeting around the good food as opposed to fast food, often made with products that are nutritionally poor or even bad (junk food). Activism begins on the plate and in the glass.
