IL MUSEO CARPANO
Small museum with a famous wine and food store on the second floor.
On the first floor of the famous wine and food store Eataly, the former factory of Benedetto Carpano, the inventor of vermouth, this small museum tells the story of one of the world's busiest aperitifs, since 1786, when it was created. On the programme: the ingredients used, the formulas, the types of vermouth, the techniques and of course the tasting of this essential aperitif. This museum is the work of the Eataly shop in collaboration with the Museum Services of the City of Turin and the Fratelli Branca distillery of Milan.
