A gastronomic counter worthy of a king. Founded in 1884, the shop under the arcades of Piazza San Carlo was indeed the official supplier to the court of Savoy. An ideal destination for all kinds of refined gourmet folies. A curiosity, the name Paissa is no more than the acronym of Prodotti Alimentari Italiani e Stranieri Società Anonima (Italian and foreign foreign food products).
