A small, unpretentious trattoria, with an old-fashioned decor, but one of the few in the heart of the village. It serves authentic family cuisine, with a menu that changes daily. There's not much choice, but everything is home-cooked, and the portions are hearty and tasty. The staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is very informal. A must-try if you want to rediscover the sensations and flavors of yesteryear and the generosity of transalpine dining. If you want to dine there, you'll need to make a reservation.

Excellente petite table au cœur de la jolie bourgade de Chiomonte. Bons plats d’inspiration piémontaise et/ou provençale (le couple qui tient l’établissement vient de Marseille), à base d’excellents produits locaux. Service très sympathique
