A small, unpretentious trattoria, with an old-fashioned decor, but one of the few in the heart of the village. It serves authentic family cuisine, with a menu that changes daily. There's not much choice, but everything is home-cooked, and the portions are hearty and tasty. The staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is very informal. A must-try if you want to rediscover the sensations and flavors of yesteryear and the generosity of transalpine dining. If you want to dine there, you'll need to make a reservation.

Trattoria où on mange bien et où on se sent bien.
Cette trattoria fait office de bar du village, où les habitants viennent prendre leur café et discuter. L'ambiance est informelle et très sympathique. Les plats sont très bons, faits maison, inspirés par les produits de la région et avec une touche d'originalité.

Bonne cuisine, excellent cadre et service agréable. Cette trattoria à Chiomonte vaut le déplacement.
