A small restaurant in the heart of Sauze d'Oulx, serving exquisite regional specialities: meats cooked on a hot stone, cayettes (meat or vegetable dumplings) and the typical soup gras (broth, bread and cheese). Typical Alpine dishes include raclettes and fondues. The authentic mountain setting is the perfect place to spend a pleasant evening and recharge your batteries after a day of sport. To add to the pleasure, the atmosphere is convivial. Friendly, attentive staff.

Delightfully unspoiled rustic restaurant with lovely staff. Not genuine raclette but highly enjoyable nonetheless. Good wine.

Cucina tipica piemontese, servizio accurato verso il cliente. Ambiente elegante particolare.

Despite reviews we had a stressful evening. Ordered the classic fondue party of 7. Only brought 2 small bowls of fondue and Tony portions of bread and overcooked cauliflower. When we challenged the quantity told we could ask for more. The restaurant was busy so it took an hour to get their attention to get refills. The fondue was ok. Shame as it’s not cheap.
