A small but very well organized museum exhibiting the work of the Center for the Study of Prehistoric Art
This museum is the work of the Centre d'études d'art préhistorique, which is a research and teaching centre. It presents an interesting panorama of European prehistoric art, from the Neolithic to the Iron Age, through casts and reliefs of rock engravings from all over the Alpine arc and the Iberian and Scandinavian peninsulas. The place is small, there are only three rooms, but it is very well organized and the explanations are well designed. A room is dedicated to the region and allows you to learn more about Pinerolo's past.
