At the entrance to Fenestrelle, here you will find a sire of farm who will surprise you with its surroundings and cuisine. Chalet with typical architecture, the interior of which is surprising by its warm intimacy. The mistress of the house will taste its specialities: homemade meats, pasta and polenta followed by game (especially wild boar). To finish off, don't miss the delicious desserts, including marrons in rum and gofri, local waffles.

Ich war ganz zufrieden (ich fuhr hier um Mittagzuessen): die Beidenung war ja wohl erzogen, das Essen war das Beste und am leckeresten.
