In the heart of Aosta's historic center, a quality classic run by the Scarpa family since 1957. A tasty, sophisticated cuisine, offering traditional regional dishes such as polenta alla valdostana (with fontina and butter) or homemade polenta alla valdostana (with fried egg), as well as fondue bourguignonne with tender meat and an exquisite licorice-safran panna cotta for dessert, among other delights. All products are fresh and as local as possible. The wines are well chosen, and you can choose between different coffee origins!

Abbiamo preso come prima portata una fonduta valdostana da dividere, arrivata al tavolo su due piatti differenti già porzionata (a mio parere più di una mezza porzione, quindi grazie per la generosità). Come secondo ho preso una zuppa di cipolle, purtroppo era più il formaggio che la zuppa di cipolle in se (errore mio, soprattutto dopo la fonduta), mentre il mio compagno ha preso una bourguignonne: ottima la presentazione con le 5 salse home-made e i tre sali.
Servizio estremamente cortese.
Ps: accortezza nel vino che servite, essendo stata servita un’annata diversa da quella indicata nel menù.
In generale una buona cena, consigliato.
