In the heart of Aosta's historic center, a quality classic run by the Scarpa family since 1957. A tasty, sophisticated cuisine, offering traditional regional dishes such as polenta alla valdostana (with fontina and butter) or homemade polenta alla valdostana (with fried egg), as well as fondue bourguignonne with tender meat and an exquisite licorice-safran panna cotta for dessert, among other delights. All products are fresh and as local as possible. The wines are well chosen, and you can choose between different coffee origins!

Ristorante tipico nel centro di Aosta, piatti della tradizione cucinati e presentati in modo impeccabile. Una delizia per il palato. Servizio impeccabile e spiegazione dei piatti e dei vini molto esaustiva.
Trovato sulla guida Slow Food, non ci siamo pentiti di avervi cenato.
