Linda casa do sec. XVI, totalmente reformada mas mantendo a originalidade. Tem um conforto rústico, tudo muito aconchegante mas com acesso restrito. Excelente café da manhã. Os anfitriões muito educados e simpáticos.

Esperienza fantastica, struttura tipica e accogliente in una fantastica posizione vicinissima a tutti i punti di interesse di Courmayeur anche a piedi.
A rendere ancora più unici questi giorni è stata l’attenzione hai dettagli nella scelta dei prodotti (tipici di zona, km 0) serviti a colazione così come i prodotti da bagno 100% naturali.
La gentilezza dei proprietari Megan e Raphael, così come di Marta ci hanno fatto sentire a casa.
Ci torneremo volentieri anche in estate.

Se vi trovate di passaggio ad Aosta dovete ASSOLUTAMENTE fare almeno una notte in questo posto magico. Entrate dalla via principale del centro, e vi immergete in un borgo che non vi aspettate. Praticamente ogni camera è come se fosse un piccolo e magico mondo a sé, con tutti i comfort possibili ed immaginabili. Noi abbiamo preso la camera con la vasca idro e a parte la perfetta funzionalità del tutto (nessuno schizzo d’acqua o che) ogni cosa è curata in modo minuzioso. Vi immergete in un Pace e serenità magica.
Al mattino trovate la famiglia che gestisce la struttura che vi farà trovare una colazione (nel vecchio fienile ristrutturato) tutta con prodotti loro (c’è dal dolce al salato) minuziosamente spiegata da loro.
Proprio vero che le strutture a condizione familiare sono un’altra cosa rispetto agli hotel.
Io almeno una notte lì la consiglio davvero a tutti, soprattutto perché chi è di passaggio per raggiungere altre mete sciistiche (noi poi siamo andati a Courmayeur che dista una cinquantina di minuti). Siamo rimasti innamorati di quel piccolo “nido” che era la nostra camera.

Five Stars in all categories. This place is special, you should inform yourself before you come here. This no standard Hotel. It's charming, romantic and typical Valle Aosta style. In Aosta if they renovate old houses they reuse the old materials from the house. Its the old combined with new materials and technology. The breakfast is made with local ingredients, no industrial food, we prefere this. We had the suite on the top with a balcony and direct sight of the Mont Blanc, incredible! You can have Breakfast on the balcony if the weather is good. The owners speak fluent english, very friendly(the dog as well) and helpful. Its quiet, no cars no noise. We will come back again.

Mały pensjonat w uroczej zabytkowej dzielnicy. Pokoiki bardzo małe ale dość schludne. Obsługa miła. Śniadanie wliczone w cenę oceniam poniżej przeciętnej. Miejsce ciekawe chociaż stosunek ceny do jakości świadczonych usług niekorzystny. Pobyt w Maison la Saxe traktuję jako ciekawostkę. Nie zdecydowałbym się na pobyt dłuższy niż jedna doba.

My fiancé and I had an amazing stay during the TMB. Rafael was so wonderful… he helped us with a computer issue we had and made a delicious breakfast. We also were so grateful to have our clothes washed. The hotel is so charming and great views from our room. We will absolutely be back when we’re in Courmayeur again.

In una casa antica in pietra sono state ricavate 6 stanze straordinariamente ben restaurate, con tutti i comforts. Tranquillo,fresco, piacevole, fuori dal caos di Courma ma a due passi dal centro. Ottima colazione, abbondante, varia, con prodotti del territorio. Comodo per raggiungere tutte le attività sportive di Courmayeur, Unico neo la mancanza di un parcheggio privato. Non adatto per anziani o bambini piccoli, perchè l'accesso è con scale, senza ascensore. Perfetto per coppie, le camere sono molto romantiche, dotate di caminetto, ideali per serate da sogno.

Absolutely loved this place and perfect for a bit of luxury if you’re walking the TMB. I stayed in the single room and it was great - super comfy bed, amazing shower, and was really quiet. Breakfast was incredible and set me up perfectly for that day’s climb. Highly recommend!

I had the opportunity to stay here a single night during my TMB hike. This hotel was such an unexpected treat! The staff couldn't have been more welcoming. The rooms were the right mix of old world charm and modern amenities. Raphael shared with me that the hotel was a two hundred year old house that had been renovated and transformed into the hotel that it is now. I only wish I had stayed in Courmayeur for another two or three days so I could have explored and returned to my comfortable room.

I would absolutely recommend staying at the Maison La Saxe.

We recently hiked the TMB and stayed here for our 20th anniversary. Raphael, Megan and their staff (Claudia) made this so memorable for us. The old historic La Saxe area was so fun to walk around and we even had a picnic in their garden area at the top of the hill. They added so many special touches it was hard to keep up with like Megan giving us a ride personally to QC Terme spa since we missed the bus, homemade tiramisu for breakfast on our anniversary and rose petals and wine on the bed when we came back from a day of wandering around town. Please treat yourself and stay here while in Courmayeur area. We will never forget having such a great experience. Thank you!

This hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. The lobby is small and cozy and the people here make you feel at home. They even did our laundry for us. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, the rooms are beautiful and the take away lunch was big. They had a very cute dog too

Breathtaking views and the most charming setting imaginable. A beautiful and easy walk to Courmayuer. It's not fancy but it's not expensive either, it's just right.
