From the hamlet of La Joux - where you arrive from La Thuile following the easy AV2 route - take path 3/AV2 through the forest, which takes 20 minutes of gentle ascent to reach the first waterfall. Continue along the same path to reach the second and third cascades formed by the waters of the Rutor torrent. You can return to the starting point using the ascent route in the opposite direction, or cross the suspended footbridge over the cascades (a must!) and descend on the left bank path to reach the outward path below.
