In the centre of the village, this family-run bistro, which opened in 1966, offers regional cuisine: plates of cold meats and cheeses from all over the Aosta Valley (with tome and fontina), homemade tagliatelle with Bosses ham, polenta with cheeses, fondue alla valdostana and beef cheek carbonade - a melt-in-the-mouth delicacy - are never missing from the menu. The friendliness and cordiality of the managers are a strong point of this traditional restaurant. Lou Ressignon is also a comfortable bed and breakfast with good value for money.

Ottimo pranzo, cibi molto buoni e curati. Consiglio di provare la fonduta e l'antipasto di salumi e formaggi tipici. Servizio eccellente, personale molto disponibile. Buona qualità prezzo.

Tipico ristorante valdostano esistente da anni. Cucina ottima. Piatti caratteristici. Carta dei vini con grande scelta sia di locali che italiani. Ottima la soupetta di Cogne. Ambiente ben curato. Personale molto gentile, disponibile e preparato.

Menù vario, ottime le pietanze, porzioni abbondanti, ottima carta dei vini, ambiente accogliente con tavoli distanziati e ottimo servizio. Parcheggio riservato. Prezzo equilibrato. Ci torniamo sicuramente. Consigliamo tagliolini della casa e come dessert la meringa morbida cotta a vapore con crema chantilly, voto 11!
