Appena si entra si viene inebriati e travolti dal profumo di formaggi! Il menù gira tutto attorno a questo alimento. Si passa da fondute di vario genere, a la raclette che ho mangiato io.
Ottimo il piatto chiamato favó che ha preso la coppia di amici che era con noi.
Prima viene servita un entrèe con un delizioso bicchierino da bere che non vi svelo cos’è! Il personale in sala è vestito con i tipici abiti della zona. In attenzione e professionalità molto rara! Bravi!
