ST. MAURICE CHURCH
Parish church with a altar and a remarkable organ, the largest in the Aosta Valley.
Founded in the 15th century, the parish church was rebuilt in its present form between 1870 and 1873. It still boasts carved, painted and gilded wooden altars dating back to the 18th century, as well as various sacred objects, including a15th-century reliquary chest and a pietà dating back to the 16th century. The church also boasts a remarkable organ, built in 1866 by Carlo Veggezzi Bossi, which is the most important in the Aosta Valley, second only to that of Aosta Cathedral.
