We're here in the heart of Milan on the move, right opposite the historic headquarters of Corriere della Sera, Italy's No. 1 newspaper. At the stove, more than a chef, a creator of flavors. Too much money for a very poor ceviche dish, the fish was not at the quality expected. Peruvian food is all another story.
