A historic two-star address, thanks to the Moroni family's passion for sourcing ingredients and developing recipes. Aimo and Nadia, having built up an empire, are no longer at the stove themselves, but two new toques continue the tradition, offering Italian dishes in modern fashion. The inventiveness of the dishes (such as the chestnut, almond and truffle tart with Jerusalem artichokes and egg yolk cream) is of the highest quality. The elegant, sober dining room is decorated with contemporary works of art.

This was from summer 2022, we were terribly late due to an emergency but the restaurant was very understanding and still welcomed us with delicious food and great service.
The most memorable dishes include the salad, vinegar infused, but still reserves the freshness and sweetness of the vegetables.
The best dish of the night was the sea (prawn) and land(mushroom) risotto. Although it may not look the most appetizing, however, the blend of the two flavors was smooth, complementary and flavorful.
The main course was split into four parts, pigeon essence, pigeon ravioli, roasted pigeon leg and some kind of pigeon offal sandwich. The innovative presentation were palyful and well crafted.
The desserts were less of a surprise, or perhaps we were already incredible stuffed so we couldn’t fully appreciate the desserts.

Ho cenato in questo "Luogo" magico com mio marito in occasione del nostro anniversario di Matrimonio. Tutto perfetto. Lo stile del locale è sobrio ed elegante con una ricercatezza nella scelta della stoviglieria davvero accurata. Il nostro percorso alla scoperta di piatti sorprendenti quanto squisiti è stato guidato dal giovane talentuoso Lorenzo il quale con grande garbo, professionalità e passione per il suo lavoro ha illustrato le portate facendoci apprezzare gli accostamenti di prodotti di ottima qualità e di preparazioni impeccabili in cui vengono valorizzate le tradizioni culinarie di varie regioni d'Italia. La presentazione dei piatti,poi, è stata una delizia per gli occhi e un vero piacere per il palato.
Gli chef Negrini e Pisani a cui va dato il merito della creazione di piatti superlativi sono affiancati da un ottimo staff di cucina e di sala. Le Stella Michelin sono meritatissime.
