Cibo eccellente, professionalità e simpatia, alto livello creativo e uno chef appassionato e partecipe e felice di spiegare come realizza i piatti e cosa lo ispira. Il raviolo agrumato è uno sballo!

Cena di coppia da 8 portate, tutto buonissimo, dal primo all’ultimo boccone. Sublime il tiramisù di seppia, strepitoso il risotto con l’anatra o i bottoni con l’astice. Eccelso il piccione e da brividi il cervo. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto, i dolci scelti, buoni entrambi, ma non allo stesso livello dei piatti salati. Chef Tano Simonato è molto presente in sala e s’intrattiene con tutti i clienti. Preparato lo staff ma non ingessato. Esperienza sicuramente piacevole e da provare nuovamente.

Una bellissima esperienza , abbiamo optato per due antipasti di pesce e due primi di pesce ,Tano è una persona squisita e alla mano,il tiramisù al nero di seppia è sicuramente un dolce salato tra i più memorabili e deliziosi mai assaggiati. Nadia molto gentile. Abbiamo ordinato un vino bianco tenuta Santa Caterina molto buono.grazie Tano ,passami il peperoncino ????
