Se volete mangiare romano a Milano avete sbagliato posto. Non ho mai visto una coda alla vaccinara cucinata a mo' di osso buco, sarà l'influenza milanese ma, non si fa. Carne preocotta a bassa temperatura e poi condita con un intingolo che nulla a che vedere con la vera coda alla vaccinara. Il tutto poi servito con due bei pomodori insalatari crudi e carote appena lesse, definite da loro "verdure". (Senza considerare le possibili allergie che uno potrebbe avere, mi riferisco ai pomodori crudi). Negativo.

Eravamo in 3 e abbiamo preso come antipasto i fiori di zucca e le puntarelle, entrambi buoni. Come primi gricia e pajata, cottura perfetta della pasta e porzione abbondante. Pietanze buone e più che generose
Mio piatto un po sciapito, ma non una sola, più che buono.
Servizio una sola persona al piano rialzato, un po' d'attesa ma, giornata piena e tutto è capibile.
Insomma un piccolo pezzo di Roma a Milano??
Io mi limito a dire che vale la pena.
