Sober, sophisticated decor for the café in Giorgio Armani's megastore. Beautiful breakfasts with a vast assortment of brioches and filled croissants. Much sought-after for business lunches, the place also fills up with fashionistas at aperitif time. Renovated five years ago, 19 years after its opening, this café lounge is divided between a cafeteria on the first floor and a more gourmet restaurant upstairs. A patisserie section completes the picture, with gourmet cakes made by a top pastry chef.

Hemos pedido dos zumos de tomate los cuales aparecen en la carta por 9€ y al traernos la cuenta nos habían cobrado algo llamado “virgin Mary” que eran 14€ cada uno. Le hemos comentado que habíamos pedido solamente dos zumos de tomate a lo que nos responde que esos zumos de la carta ya no los ponen (sin habernos avisado de ello al pedirlo ni del cambio de precio) y al explicarle nuestro enfado por no informarnos de esto, lo único que hace es cobrarnos el precio que le da la gana y encima sin disculparle. No volvería, trato indecente y encima tratan de timarte por ser turista.

Lascio due stelle solo per il cioccolatino. Ci siamo fermati per un caffè, a parte la scelta della marca del caffè, che è quello che trovi per quasi tutta Milano quindi nulla di così esclusivo, siamo stati accolti quasi con disgusto, in più ci hanno fatto il caffè con i filtrini mono dose. Penso che posso non aggiungere altro. Per fortuna non rispecchia gli abiti, che amo e acquisto, ma mi vergognerei a prestare il mio nome a un posto simile.
