This restaurant on the edge of Naviglio has its name from Henry-Paul Pellaprat (1869-1950), author in 1935 of modern culinary art, the good French and foreign table, which has been adopted since then in all cooking schools. Two rooms - the kitchen is visible from one of them - to taste a lot of Milanese recipes revisited, and delicious desserts such as hot chocolate cake in crust.Â
