A quality Japanese restaurant and at the same time a pastry shop, here is Basara's formula which combines Japanese pastry with sushi. A successful recipe with oriental delicacies such as tender daifuku (sweet dumplings with red beans, chocolate...), small and colourful nerikiri made from white bean paste, but also individual portions of green tea or black sesame tiramisù. Innovative, the possibility of having a "sushi" aperitif, where nighiri, hosomaki and sushi rolls accompany beer, cocktail or a glass of wine.

A febbraio di quest'anno hanno richiamato dopo 1h e mezza di ritardo dalla conferma d'ordine per cancellare la consegna.
Stasera consegna con 1h di ritardo. Nessuno che risponda al telefono né alle email. Un disastro. Non ci vedrete mai più.

Sabato sera, consapevoli della difficoltà in questa serata ordiniamo i piatti con largo anticipo (prima delle 19, con consegna due via accanto dopo le 20:30)... Pagamento andato a buon fine, dopo oltre 40 min, quando ormai impegnati in altro non abbiamo la possibilità di guardare il telefono, ordine annullato. Ce ne accorgiamo quando ormai è ora della consegna e... serata rovinata! Evviva la professionalità.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and weren't expecting a top-notch dining experience!
Sashimi - especially tuna and eel - is super fresh, on par with the best in the world. Sushi and cone rolls were tasty as well.
Their green teas were also impressive, Genmaicha had a perfect taste after 10 min. on the table. Highly recommended if you know what to expect.
Service was reasonably fast and very friendly. It was empty at 6:30-8 PM on Monday, good for those who come for the food and bot the location.
Prices... You won't care after the first bite :)
