Stylish Osteria in the Brera district, which boasts the patronage of the writer whose name it bears. This restaurant offers a number of culinary surprises in the warm, friendly atmosphere of a chic brasserie. The famous risotto giallo (with saffron) and Milanese cutlet are exquisite, as are pasta with potatoes, porcini mushrooms and cheese, osso buco and truffle risotto. Flavors harmoniously blended and served with savoir-faire in a very Milanese setting, with a lovely terrace in season.

Bel posto, bella clientela, si sta bene. Si mangia bene, si spende tanto, almeno 50 euro a testa se mangi solo un piatto.

Cibo molto buono e personale gentile e attento. Sono stata in questo ristorante diverse volte e mi sono sempre trovata bene. Unica pecca, per l’organizzazione della mia cena di laurea, la signora Susanna (con cui ho organizzato la serata) abbastanza lenta nelle risposte e dopo avermi confermato più volte la sala esterna, una volta arrivati lì, siamo stati accolti all’interno, comunicandoci che nessuno aveva specificato la prenotazione all’esterno. Nonostante questa incomprensione, la serata si è svolta in modo molto positivo grazie alla gentilezza del proprietario che si è assicurato di passare al tavolo più volte e del personale che si è occupato di servirci attentamente. Was great value for the food ???? although we showed up without a reservation, the girl in the reception was kind enough to host us at a table reserved after 2 hrs. We enjoyed eating with no hurry .

Noi Milanesi non possiamo desiderare di meglio, quando portiamo qui ospiti italiani e stranieri. Accoglienza puntuale e di classe. Al tavolo attesa brevissima. Cucina esemplare, e che accontenta tutti. Si esce soddisfattissimo, sperando solo di tornare presto!
