Facing the Roman ruins of what used to be the imperial palace, hidden behind an unassuming entrance, a small corridor leads to a wonderful veranda overlooking a pleasant garden with centuries-old trees. A stylish, chic and very Milanese address, chef Antonio Facciolo offers creative, tasty and sophisticated dishes. On the menu are specialties that have sometimes been revisited: veal liver carpaccio with marinated cherries, poached egg with almond milk, asparagus, cotechino (pig's trotter) and cannelloni revisited in a light version.

Ristorante storico di Milano, a due passi dal Castello. Siamo stati per cena e abbiamo provato il menù degustazione, che a 68€ propone due antipasti, primo secondo e dolce. Cibo squisito (soprattutto antipasti e secondo), presentato molto bene e in porzioni generose. Il personale di sala molto gentile e preparato, ha soddisfatto al meglio tutte le nostre richieste (al tavolo erano presenti una donna incinta e un celiaco). Atmosfera raccolta, peccato fosse inverno quindi non abbiamo potuto stare nel dehors, che è molto bello. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ristorante storico e molto adatto pranzi di lavoro e cene eleganti. In estate il giardino esterno è un angolo di paradiso in centro a Milano. Peccato per la poca scelta per vegetariani.

Great service, food was delicious and perfectly presented. We relied on our waiter for a wine recommendation and he didn't disappoint with a delicious sangiovese.
Only improvement would have been a little fresh air - the room quickly filled and a cracked window would have been nice.
