Unusual setting for a Milanese restaurant that has chosen to live in a pretty mansion house from the early 1900s, surrounded by a large terrace overlooking a square, surrounded by the heights of the skyscrapers in the Porta Nuova district. Chef Cesare Battisti dynamically embraces the Milanese and Lombard culinary tradition, while simplifying the preparations and reworking the basics with his personal touch. The result is more than satisfactory both in terms of taste and presentation. Risotti to be discovered and a great audience.

Seconds were extremely salty. We asked for help and we got the “yea it’s supposed to be salty”.
And because I don’t look Italian I got the “maybe because you’re a foreigner you don’t know that pecorino is salty and you have different taste”.
My brother, I live here. You know nothing about me and my taste. I enjoy eating. I love food. Don’t be an arrogant little prick.
This was the manager.
However, our waiter was very kind and he recommended a nice wine. Whoever you are, thank you for being awesome. The antipasti were good too. So props for that.
