Milan has its own vegetarian takeaway bistro where most of the products served are certified organic: Radice Tonda. Close to the busy Corso Buenos Aires, this natural address offers over 200 different types of soup and velouté every day, followed by lasagne, quiches, veggie burgers, sandwiches and salads that are as healthy as they are tasty. The drinks are just as organic as the rest, from smoothies to beers. Also great for aperitifs. An address for a healthy lunch break that's also gourmet.

We stopped in Radicetonda for a quick aperitivo before dinner. On reflection we should have gone somewhere else.
Staff - a mixed group. Some are very friendly and happy to help. Others are hipster-bleak and pretty unhelpful.
Food - the offerings with aperitivo were poor to middling. There's no need for vegan food to taste so bland.
Drinks - of the drinks we ordered the G&T and Spritz were both commented on as being weak and low quality. The wine, however, was okay.
Atmosphere - it's an attractive, shabby chic venue.
Unless you're specifically looking for a vegan offering, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

locale piccolino, ordinato, servizio attento. I prezzi rispecchiano le materie prime.
