For 125 years, a street food extra, specializing in the sale of fried bread turnovers filled with a thousand fillings.
An atypical bakery, Luini owes its celebrity to a gourmet speciality from Puglia, the panzerotti. These salted fritters stuffed in a thousand and one ways never cease to delight young and old alike, forming long tails in front of the shop so that they can be eaten to the bite, served hot. Their secret recipe has been passed down from father to son for three generations. Fried or browned in the oven (lighter), the most appreciated is the panzerotto mozzarella and tomato, followed by the ham and eggplant panzerotto and several others garnished with seasonal products.

C'est très riche mais très bon.
Nous avons goûté les panzerotti cuits au four et non les frits. C'est déjà très goûteux et nourrissants !
