In just a few years, this Tuscan brand has conquered Italy! It offers tasty schiacciate (a type of focaccia) topped with cheese and cold meats. Vegetarian options are also plentiful, with excellent grilled vegetables. Delicious potato, eggplant and, above all, truffle creams are a delicious accompaniment! The queue is often long, which can be a deterrent, but for a quick bite just a stone's throw from the Duomo, this is a good address with unbeatable value for money.
