This brewery takes its name from the pesa, an old measuring system for goods, placed in front of the entrance. Three wooded rooms, where you can breathe the scent of Milan of yesteryear, welcome you to the same place where Ho Chi Minh was said to have liked to come and eat. The kitchen offers a Milanese meal according to the rules of the art: saffron risotto, breaded chop and nervetti salad (small veal nerves) that will leave you with excellent memories. Ottimi il servizio,pronto ed attento, ed il personale.
Ho degustato :il risotto alla milanese,e la cotoletta alla milanese.
Abbinamento al Lambrusco di Romagna IGT ( Nerodilambrusco ) Ceci, frizzante dolce.
Dolce,mousse al cioccolato con lamponi

I was there with my mom for lunch. The location is very nice and the interior is so full of history and very well decorated. Regarding the food, you can find all the traditional dishes. My mom had a delicious cotoletta and I had gnocchi verdi al Gorgonzola: both delicious. The dessert was one of the most delicious I’ve ever tried: Zabaione freddo ai frutti di bosco. I highly recommend this restaurant

Cibi molto curati e di qualità tutti preparati espressi...
Abbiamo mangiato risotto giallo con ossobuco e magatello della Pesa..
Il dessert frutti di bosco con zabaione...
