An urban-bucolic youth hostel for eco-friendly souls looking for a change of scenery in the city centre.

This cascina (traditional Lombardy farmhouse) in the center of town has a real country feel. Restored in 2011, the old rural building offers two comfortable double rooms and two simple quadruple rooms, each with its own bathroom. A total of 12 beds are available. Also available to guests is a large bookshop with books in all languages, and the garden for outdoor breakfast in fine weather. And to complete the picture, there's a restaurant and bar on site.

Ogni volta che vado, in occasione di altri eventi, mi pento amaramente di fermarmi a bere qualcosa. Disorganizzati, fila interminabile in cassa, tempi biblici se si ordina al tavolo e scortesia. Ti fanno sempre sentire come se ti facessero un favore enorme per qualsiasi cosa, non vedono l'ora che ci si alzi dal tavolo. Purtroppo uno di quei posti a Milano che vive grazie alla bellezza della location, con tanta, tanta spocchia.

Ho mangiato in questo ristorante perché scelto dagli organizzatori di un meeting lavorativo a cui ho partecipato. La location è suggestiva, curata e i dettagli ricercati. Cibo buono, il menù era prestabilito in partenza, e il servizio in linea, nonostante i partecipanti fossero molti e abbastanza indisciplianti.
