Here are some interesting guest rooms, with a very minimal chic spirit and at the same time very Milanese. An old building, ideally located, with traditional balconies(casa di ringhiera), a skilful restoration has created twelve rooms with all comforts, modern and with a touch of design. The plus: the view of the colonnade and the Basilica of San Lorenzo; the minus: the noise of the Milanese nightlife, which sometimes goes on late into the night. The solution? Ask for a courtyard room, or enjoy the night too!

We booked this place for 2 nights through Booking.com and chose late check-in. After that I started getting very rude letters from the owner Paola, saying that they can not accept us, because they do check-in only from 2pm to 7pm. It was a month before the trip, but Paolo refused to cancel the reservation and already charged us money for the whole staying. We offered 4 options how we could get the keys, but Paola rejected them all. And just said us to go book another place. Plus, she was incredibly rude, using exclamation marks in her letters and refusing to talk to Booking.com support service. So we had to pay twice and was humiliated horribly by such attitude. Don’t ever go there, if you don’t want to get your trip ruined by unprofessional aggressive behavior of the owner of this place.
