Opinions RADISSON COLLECTION HOTEL SANTA SOFIA Milan

Sono stata per un aperitivo per il Fuori Salone che doveva essere dalle 19:30 alle 23:00. Sono entrata alle 21:30 dopo parecchio tempo in coda. All'ingresso dopo aver pagato 20€ mi hanno confermato che ci sarebbe stato l'aperitivo, invece non c'era assolutamente nulla da mangiare, ma soltanto la maleducazione dell'addetto all'accoglienza!!

Very Very Very Very bad room service!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut - in 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 2 Stationen mit der Straßenbahn (Haltestelle gleich neben dem Hotel) ist man am Domplatz.
Das Personal ist - von der Lobby bis zum Restaurant - sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab beim Frühstück auch eine kleine Überraschung zu meinem Geburtstag - dafür nochmals vielen Dank!
Wir hatten für 3 Übernachtungen ein Premium Zimmer, welches ausreichend groß ist und ein bequemes Bett hat. Das Bad als "Glaskasten" ist mal etwas Anderes.
Das Zimmer lag zur Straßenseite, so dass man auch nachts häufig Sirenen von Einsatzfahrzeugen hören konnte, die vermutlich auf dem Weg zu einem in der Nähe befindlichem Krankenhaus waren.
Der Service hat (vor allem im 5 Sterne-Bereich) noch deutlich Luft nach oben:
Die Zimmerreinigung schwankte zwischen sehr schlecht (dicke Staubschichten - siehe Fotos) bis sehr gut am nächsten Tag - je nachdem, welche Reinigungskraft tätig war.
Und wenn es um 08.30 Uhr im Frühstückraum trotz einer sehr übersichtlichen Anzahl von Gästen keinen einzigen gedeckten Tisch gibt bzw. auf vielen Tischen noch gebrauchtes Geschirr steht und zudem keine Tassen mehr am Kaffeevollautomaten zur Verfügung stehen und man sich mit einem Pappbecher begnügen muss, ist dies in meinen Augen ein No-Go.
Bedauerlich war auch, dass bei 23° Grad C und Sonnenschein am Tage weder die Dachterrasse noch der Pool erreichbar / benutzbar waren.
Daher glaube ich nicht, dass wir uns bei einem weiteren Mailand-Besuch wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden würden.

The only small downside is the hotel restaurant: at breakfast, there's really disturbingly loud "music."

Rooms weren’t clean - we came back to our room to find it half cleaned with the cleaning supplies still there! And the water hadn’t been changed. I called reception to get new bottles of water and to take their cleaning supplies only to find housekeeping at my door with a paper on which he hand wrote “€14 water” I refused to pay and he began to get more and more aggressive and even entered the room and shut the door while insisting that we should pay him. I refused and he thankfully left. He also took the cleaning supplies without apologizing that they had been left. We checked out immediately and no refund nor compensation was offered nor did they even assist us with our luggage while leaving and apologized very dryly.
There are other hotels that are cleaner, more hospitable and closer to the city center

La chambre est un peu vieillissante, mais fonctionnelle.
Le service : Arrivée a 10h pour poser la voiture : Service au top.
Retour le soir pour le check-in. Aucun accueil, attente de 20min. Aucune recommandation. Aucun horaire pour le déjeuner. Aucune information sur l’hôtel et ses services. 21h : Retour a l’accueil pour demander un duvet supplémentaire. Personne ne vient. 21h45 Retour à l’accueil pour demander un duvet supplémentaire. On me l’apporte à 22h00. Duvet sans house, sans drap.
Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, cela en vaut 2….
L’emplacement est idéal pour se balader. Attention : Le parking ne comprend pas le prix du passe pour accéder dans la zone limitée. On ne l’indique nulle part.

Abbiamo pranzato in questo Hotel.... Cibo ottimo, servizio efficiente, posto accogliente e pulito. Personale gentile e giusta quantità delle porzioni. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato

Molto bello il bar al settimo piano, ottimo servizio e ottimi drinks

During my recent stay at Radisson Collection Santa Sofia, I experienced exceptional service, particularly from the staff members. Christina was truly amazing; she accommodated our requests promptly and facilitated an early check-in for us. Always willing to assist, she provided valuable information about trains and other aspects of Milan. Abdul Ahad also stood out as a hero, consistently aiding us with various needs and greatly assisting with the transfer of our luggage. The hotel's proximity to Dumou, along with the spacious and clean rooms/ bathrooms featuring comfortable beds, made for a delightful stay. I can confidently say that I will not consider any other hotel when visiting Milan in the future.

Sehr schönes Hotel und gastfreundliches Personal. Ketiana eine sehr kompetente Mitarbeiterin konnte die Geburtstagsüberraschung für meinen Freund super organisieren.

Das Hotel war dem Standard angemessen gut. Saubere Zimmer, gute Lage. Was uns nicht gefiel ist eher bei einigen services.
Beim Frühstück war nur eine servicekraft anwesend und dementsprechend gestresst. Und sehr gestört hat uns der roomservice am Abend, sie hat hastig an die Tür geklopft und ist danach sofort reingestürmt. Ich finde so was geht garnicht.
