La Scala in Milan is one of the world's leading opera houses. The launch of the season every December 7, with a renowned opera, marks the start of the annual performance calendar. The program includes operas, ballets and concerts, offering a balanced mix of Italian and foreign works. Tickets on sale online or at the box office in the basement of the theater (access from the left), Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm, and 2 hours before the start of the show on Sundays. Tip: unsold tickets are sold out 2h30 before each performance.
