This famous Italian chef, a disciple of Gualtiero Marchesi and Alain Ducasse, has opened his culinary sanctuary beneath the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. While the gourmet restaurant remains rather unaffordable, the bistro and café on the first floor are a little more so. The setting is particularly elegant, evoking the bars of Milan's past. At breakfast, brioches and coffees are served at the counter or at the table. The pizza on offer, with its raw mozzarella, is quite good, but the price is rather high.
