Opened in 1933, this bar has always been a favorite of artists and designers, who love its famous cocktails, some of which are pieces of history, such as the Mangia e bevi (eat and drink, made with ice, fruit and liqueur) and the Negroni sbagliato (fake Negroni). This iconic Milan cocktail was born in this bar in 1972, when the bartender mistakenly poured spumante (sparkling wine) instead of gin into what was supposed to be a classic Negroni. Today, the Bar Basso menu features over 500 cocktails.
