ROTONDA DELLA BESANA - MUBA
Place where the plague victims were confined, nowadays it hosts various events.
On an octagonal plan (17th century), this complex was the place where the plague victims were confined. Inside the enclosure is the church of San Michele ai Nuovi Sepolcri, now deconsecrated. Recently restored, the Rotonda now hosts various events, becoming an open-air cinema in the summer. It is also home to the Children's Museum, the MuBa, an area entirely dedicated to children, with games, projects and activities for the little ones.
