Vegan requests are not taken into account. Also the vegan selection regarding breakfast is very poor.

Siamo arrivati in mattinata dopo averci assegnato la camera siano usciti , al rientro la camera era FREDDA .... senza la possibilità di usufruire della doccia !!! L'abbiamo fatto presente alla reception .... ma non è cambiato nulla , al mattino non abbiamo potuto fare una doccia calda perché NON FUNZIONAVA L'ACQUA CALDA !

חדרים מיושנים, ניתן לשפר את רמת הנקיון. להחליף את השמיכות המיושנות שמורכבות מסדין מעליו שמיכת צמר ומעל פיקה . לא נתקלתי עוד במלון 4 כוכבים שאין בחדר שום אמצעי להכנת קפה אפילו לא קומקום.
הדבר היחיד שהוא שווה הנוף לאגם ממרפסת החדר.

A qualche minuto a piedi dal centro, ci è piaciuto veramente molto stare in questo bell'hotel ! Accoglienza perfetta, tutti gentili e professionali. Moltissima scelta per la colazione, camere pulite e ben insonorizzate, con l'aria condizionata ????
Se dovessimo ritornare a Stresa, verremo di nuovo in questo hotel !

Nous avons été déçus pas cet hôtel qui, certes, n'est pas au même prix que d'autres grands hôtels de Stresa au bord du lac mais qui annonce quand même 4 étoiles et ne les vaut pas, sauf pour sa situation. Bon, également, le service du personnel est de qualité. Mais pour le reste, c'est le fiasco pour un niveau pareil : chambre vieillotte et moyenne et restaurant qui fait un peu usine.
