angebotenes Hotelzimmer entsprach nicht den angepriesenen Leistungen. Gebucht über online Reiseveranstalter. Wir haben vor Ort keine akzeptable Alternative bekommen. Haben uns für einen anderes Hotel entschieden. Das Hotel hat das volle Geld für 6-Tage einbehalten ohne ein Entgegenkommen und hat sich hinter den den Richtlinien des Reiseveranstalter versteckt. Eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung wie man Kunden im Regen stehen lässt und nur auf Geld aus ist!

Offered hotel room did not meet the advertised services. Booked via online tour operator. We did not get an acceptable alternative on site. Decided to stay at another hotel. The hotel withheld full money for 6-days with no concession and hid behind the policies of the tour operator. A very bad experience how to leave customers out in the cold and only out for money!

bel ristorante di alto livello, cantina fornitissima, ben attrezzato anche per mangiare all'esterno, unici problemi che ho trovato è il servizio lentissimo e i prezzi un po alti, noi abbiamo speso 90 euro a persona con 1 bottiglia di vino in 4). Piatti molto buoni e raffinati.
