The Osteria del Beuc is a small brewery that doesn't look like much in an alleyway in the centre of Cernobbio, a few steps from the lakeside. Wooden tables, checkered tablecloths, wine in a pitcher, the setting announces the tone of a simple cuisine with abundant and very Italian flavours. Carpaccio rocket and parmesan, stuffed ravioli, pasta with meat stew and Milanese chops are just some of the dishes on offer. The wait can sometimes be a little long, it is better not to be in a hurry. Nice wine list, reservation recommended.

Una discreta esperienza in questa allegra osteria situata nei vicoli di Cernobbio. Il cibo è un altalenarsi di buone preparazioni, come la mia polente voncia, i ravioli e la cotoletta alla milanese, e piatti che ci hanno lasciato più di qualche dubbio, come il risotto con l'ossobuco, giudicato sufficiente solo per il risotto, mentre la carne (dura) e l'osso che aveva il midollo secco non erano assolutamente soddisfacenti. Anche il piatto di pizzoccheri è stato giudicato solo sufficiente: pochi pizzoccheri e tante patate. Pensavo meglio anche la polenta con le uova.
Servizio davvero simpatico e molto competente nel suggerire i vini. Carta di questi molto ben fatta.
