It was a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The service at the restaurant was great at each meal, be it breakfast or lunch and dinner. I would definitely go back to stay there.

Sadly we arrived a bit late and left quite early ???? The food, the place, the staff all is perfect. See you next time ❤️

It's a few years since we've stayed here but I only have positive memories. I went to this site to reminisce and was so surprised to see negative reviews. We had a VERY positive experience in an idyllic location. Hotel is so lovely.

I only rated service as 3 star as we had not need of service. Maybe that should be a 4 then!

Bellissimo Hotel sul lago , vista con paesaggio spettacolare servizi e comfort super, cibo ottimo e ben disposto con decorazione sul piatto, personale gentile umile e ben preparato nel consigliare e nel servire drink e pietanze, qualità rapporto prezzo giusto visto la location, Albergo super consigliato .

Wir hatten während der Geschäftsreise eine Übernachtung im Hotel gebucht. In diesem knapp 2 Tagen konnten wir nur kalt duschen, da das Zimmer über kein warmes Wasser verfügte. Auch nach mehrmaligen Absprache mit der Verwaltung, haben sie es nicht hinbekommen warmes Wasser für eine ordentliche Dusche zu organisieren. Anscheinend war allen Angestellten dieses Problem bekannt.
Als Wiedergutmachung wurde uns angeboten, den Spa-Bereich kostenlos zu nutzen. Ich frage mich, wie es sich ein solches Hotel leisten kann seine Kunden so zu hintergehen.
Warmes Wasser sollte wirklich nicht ein wertvolles Gut sein. Das erhält man schon bei 1-Stern Hotels.

We did not stay at the hotel, but we played at their tennis court. The court was extremely easy to reserve by calling the front desk of the hotel and it was a reasonable hourly rate. The front desk was very helpful and friendly when they checked us in and directed us to the tennis court. We did have our own racquets and balls, but it is possible they have some available to borrow.

While the synthetic grass court wasn’t in brand-new shape, it was perfectly playable, and possibly the most scenic court my wife or I have ever played on. I highly recommend any traveling tennis player in the Lake Como area book this court, as playing it was an unforgettable experience. It’s also nice that they allow you to book it even if you are not a guest at the hotel. Hope to come back and play it again some day!

Hotel ristorante molto elegante con ristorante (perfetto anche per matrimoni) sul lago, adiacente e' presente un bella spiaggia con bar/pizzeria. Prezzi adeguati.

My fiance booked our stay here for the new years, and considering the price - we were both disappointed and left with a bitter taste.
1. The rooms were basic, we got lake view but the view was blocked by their building in front so we couldn't enjoy it properly.
The hotel decor was like going to your grandfathers house, they did not both to at least make the hotel look nice except for a christmas tree.
2. The service was...nothing to sing about. The waiters would not ask us if we wanted tea or coffee during breakfast until like 10 minutes after arrival so we made it ourselves. We would also ask them for things and they would say "yes" but not actually do it. Things you request for seemed ignored and the staff felt like they did not want to be there (I get it, it was new years day...but its work no?). Even we said "happy new year" TWICE to one of the staff and they completely ignored us both times.
3. We PAID for parking. which to us was insane. 24 euros for parking for 1 night despite spending almost £400 on the stay, and also spending an additional £200 on dinner there. Its not a lot, but is so cheap of the hotel to make you pay for this.
4. The fireworks display for the hotel happened 30 minutes AFTER new years midnight lol. So we went outside to watch the fireworks from everywhere else (in Lake Como) then returned to our hotel and then the hotel did their firework display (how unsatisfying).
5. Lastly, the walls are so thin you hear everyone from the reception area to the lobby and to next room.

The hotel dinner food was good though so 1 star for that, and the location was good also (I mean...its Lake Como...) another star for that. However, it is a budget hotel all in all, we absolutely will not be returning.
