One of the biggest selection of wines ive ever seen in any restaurant with great italian dishes,the food was amazing and the views from the restaurant are absolutely amazing!!Will definetely return.

Very very disappointing!!!

We didn’t try the rooms but the restaurant with family.

A very bad experience, especially compared to other restaurants around, including lanterna for pasta or sanremo for the food and the view.

Particularly, they didn’t provide the table that was exposed to the sunlight and view while it was available, they didn’t provide a baby chair even after asking twice , one of the waiters (older one) was very rude asking to give him back the menus while I still wanted to see if I wanted something else.

Also, they have changed us 5 Euros service for a two years old girl who did not eat.

We do not recommend at all this place due to plenty of other better options.

Location molto bella, soprattutto pranzando nella terrazza al piano superiore affacciata sul lago. Menù con alti e bassi, carciofi ottimi, terrina patè buona, tagliolini discreti, parmigiana di melanzane improponibile. Servizio disastroso: un gran numero di camerieri che lavorano non collaborando tra loro con il risultato di grandi attese, comande perse, sensazione di abbandono al tavolo. Viviana e Luca

Mi esposa ya realizó el comentario de que nos salvaron la noche pero considero que merecen más de 5 estrellas, ya que quedamos muy felices con su maravilloso trato y esa lasaña exquisita que nos dieron ya estando cerrado. Nos salvaron de una noche pasando hambre.

Fuimos al Restaurante junto a mi esposo, llegamos a eso de las 22:15, cuando ya se encontraba cerrado, recorrimos todo Bellagio buscando algo para comer pero nos dimos cuenta que era demasiado tarde, ahí fue cuando llegamos a este lugar donde nos recibió el Sr. Tereso, quien amablemente nos indicó que estaba cerrado pero aún así, como sabía que no habrían más opciones, nos invitó a tomar asiento y nos ayudó a que nos pudieran dar una lasaña, que estaba muuuy rica por lo demás. Su trato y el del resto del personal fue excelente, nos sentimos como en casa, algo que es un poco difícil encontrar en un Restaurante que se encuentre tan bien ubicado aquí en Bellagio. Mil gracias por salvarnos la noche, por su sonrisa permanente y por el trato tan amable que tuvo con nosotros, esperamos volver sin falta antes de irnos de Bellagio.

IT WAS HORRIBLE!! It's just a quick cash grab. I was hungry so we went here because my parents wanted to drink coffee and it had a nice view. When we got there, there weren't any tables for 4 people so they just pushed 2 tables together. They seated us there because my parents said we will eat. So we got to ordering and when my parents said they only want a cappuccino the waiter just looked at them very rudely. The order was 2 waters, a lasagna, 2 cappuccinos, a tiramisu.
I ate, my sister ate. We got to the bill and IT WAS 60 EUROS!!!
Don't recommend this place, ever. If you're rich and want bad service, go here. But if you want to dine at a normal place, do not go here.

Edit: They charged us 10 euros because they pushed the 2 tables together. And they also didn’t give my sister a spoon for her tiramisu so she ate it with a fork.

Very rude customer service and really high pricing for low quality food. The waiter was making rude faces at us. We ordered a lasagna, 2 cups of coffee, a tiramisu and a water, and the total was 60 euros! That’s right, 60! I didn’t even get a spoon for the tiramisu, so I ate it with a fork. The view was really nice, but the screaming waiter in the background ruined it. They also charged us double for the water. I don’t recommend this place at all, it’s just a scam and a tourist trap.

Еда отвратительная в ресторане. Сервис ниже плинтуса. Поели/попробовали все блюда и даже не принесли заказанные кофе. Напоминали несколько раз про кофе. Выносят блюда, не знают кому и когда не нести. Все путают. Очень не вкусно. Крайне не рекомендую

El restaurant está muy bien y tiene personal muy atento , mucha variedad de vinos ,el segundo nivel del restaurante tiene vistas excelentes y los precios no son bastante aceptables para la ubicación y vistas

Just went to the restaurant. The staff was bickering with each other, the bathrooms were dirty and broken, uncooked ravioli and my Milanese was raw, bleeding near the bone. I then ordered coffee and they served me a cup with spilled coffee all around it. Avoid it completely.

Un lugar increíble.

Visited at the beginning of March 2024. Right at the entrance, their greeter seemed impatient and unpleasant. We should have left right away. We stayed for the view. That’s the only good thing about this place- the view of the lake. Their service is appalling. The servers are full of themselves. They shout to each other over the rooms not paying attention to the customers. Our server was not aware of kind of fish they were serving and seemed annoyed by questions. Food was ok but the experience was spoiled by unprofessional service.do not recommend.

I visited this restaurant with my colleagues in december, if it was on me i would never visit since this whole place screams scam, but my colleagues were hungry and this was the closest open restaurant…First thing which shocked me was the service charge of 5€, which i think is their only option to get tip since making some on their own is impossible from the service they give… Second thing was the fact that the price for each food is the same as shown on the menu only if you order twice the same thing, if not, you’re paying more….scam. Like it’s not already overpriced for the thing they call food they are serving... Third thing as i mentioned, the horrible service - the waiter was morrocan and since my colleagues were arabs he was super friendly to them and eventually started to teach them bad words in italian and his comments such as ,,I’ll bring you anything you need since you’re paying” (after bringing appetizers we didn’t asked for), ,,I’ll give you as many as you want, i dont clean them, I’m not cleaner” (after my colleague spilled food and he brought him napkin)…super embarassing. Fourth thing is the food, i don’t even wanna talk about because it was the most bland food in my life, i guess their supplier is local hospital… Fifth thing is the fact that all of a sudden when it came to paying my colleague was told it’s not possible to pay with card because the terminal is broken, only cash… even though i saw the waiter using it through the night inside (we were sitting outside), so i called the waiter and asked why? to which he said the internet is not working that’s why, i guess he couldn’t decide what to pick that day. After telling him we don’t have cash he pointed to the atm right next to the restaurant with huge smile. The only thing good about this restaurant is the location, which they are clearly aware of.

Amikor csak italt rendeltünk, elvették az étlapot és otthagytak minket, mondván, hogy csak ételt lehet rendelni…bunkó személyzet, nevetséges hely…

Service is a disaster, what a disgrace… do not come here

We only visited the restaurant and the staff became quite rude when we said we wanted no food.
Coperta 5 euros/person and the prices are quite high, but again you are paying for the view.
We only sat because they had quite a few free tables but we understood quite fast why

Food was good. I wanted to try the lasagna but it was sold out for the day. The restaurant is worth trying.

Worst restaurant & worst service ever..
Almost 1 hour waiting time for a risotto, which they sell as “risotto with king crab” but serve with 3 shrimps on top.. total disaster with their service people…

Restaurant à fuir, cher pour une mauvaise qualité ! Serveurs qui courent partout car peu de personnel, la nourriture n’est pas bonne, le prix est excessif, … Je pense que c’est le pire restaurant que j’ai pu goûter.

Such a great setting with a nice covered patio on the second floor of hotel Suisse and stunning view of the lake. Elegant and upscale ambience. The food is absolutely amazing, everyone in our group was very impressed with their fine cuisine and attentive service.

Amazing service and the food is magical. Authentic fettuccino and amazing halal chicken

The restaurant was great, from the food to the service, the food was out of the world, and the staff were very welcome,
Especially Zakria he speaks many languages and he was friendly and helpful with the menu.

Certes, la cuisine est bonne mais nous avons été agacés par la mauvaise foi d’un serveur qui a cherché à nous arnaquer sur l’addition en facturant des articles plus chers que ceux commandés et choqués par le mauvais traitement et la réprimande infligés devant nous à une serveuse qui avait servi un peu trop de vin dans le verre. D’autres convives de notre groupe ont également été escroqués sur l’addition. Cela semble être une pratique très courante dans ce restaurant. Alors, un conseil, vérifiez l’addition si vous y allez.

Cadre super cosy, bonne cuisine… Super resto pour bien manger à Bellagio. Je le recommande vivement.
