Horrible! Le seul moyen de pouvoir y dormir est d'être complètement sourd. Nous avons réservé 2 nuits, et nous n'avons pas dormi la 1ère nuit. Nous avons annulé la seconde nuit, sans remboursement de leur part. Ils s'en contrefoutent... L'hotel est au bord de la route. Toute la nuit, les voitures et motos font un bruit d'enfer. Aucune isolation. J'ai contacté le service client de Boking. En vain ! Le pire est qu'ils ont annulé notre réservation, sauf que j'ai payé la taxe de sejour en cb, et j'ai la facture en ma possession. Je le signale aupres du ministère italien du tourisme. C'est une honte, une véritable arnaque. Ils ne devraient pas avoir le droit d'exercer.
