The wellness center of the San Clemente Hotel (a palace of the Kempinski chain that covers the entire islet of the same name) offers top-of-the-line thalassotherapy treatments with enchanting floral and spice scents. The view of the lagoon is idyllic. Water cabs run regularly from St. Mark's Square for hotel guests. Note that the spa is open to all, however.
