I paid $406CAD plus €16 for tiny room. For two nights. No towel service. Lots of attitude.
This hotel is 3star but should be 1star. The way they treat their guests. Who pay the 4star price!

This hotel is located in the San Polo district. The building is old and worn down as every building in Venice. The room was a bit "old fashioned" to put it nicely. The hotel felt very moist and had a weird smell. However, you shouldn't have too big expectations when booking a hotel in the Venice. This hotel offered a pretty good breakfast and appropriate service. I would recommend this hotel if you're visiting Venice.

Хорошее расположение недалеко от ЖД и автовокзала (10 минут). Непонятный график работы, гостиница закрывается в 21:00 и ещё на обед с 15:00 до 16:00. В это время как я понял в гостиницу нельзя попасть. У нас был номер дешёвый но с балконом выходящим на улицу. Кондиционер с функцией обогрева есть. Чайника и микроволновки в номере и самой гостинице не было, для нас это был большой минус. Постель комфортная, даже небольшая ванна была. Вода горячая есть. В целом для бюджетной ночёвки подойдёт, грязи и тараканов нет ????.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera quadrupla pagando €170 euro +€14 per una notte.
Abbiamo trovato la camera in condizioni a dir poco schifose.
Polvere dappertutto, bagno sprovvisto di bidet, i letti erano un matrimoniale, un letto singolo e una poltrona apribile scomodissima.
I materassi e il giro letto (in tessuto) in condizioni improponibili, macchie di pipì, sangue e altro..!
Abbiamo avuto perfino problemi a caricare il cellulare perché le prese non erano funzionanti.
Abbiamo chiesto di essere spostate in un altra stanza e ci è stato detto che non era possibile.
L’unica nota positiva è la posizione perché comoda con la stazione.
Per il resto una delusione unica, esperienza pessima e disgustante!

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer für eine Nacht.
Die Lage ist ok. Das Personal bei der Ankunft freundlich jedoch gab es beim Frühstück keine Einweisung.
Die Zimmer sind schon relativ alt und nicht gerade im besten Zustand.
Ordentlich durchputzen währe auch keine schlechte Sache.
Ein kleiner Ausschnitt:
- Schmutz & Staub besonders unter dem Bett
- Flecken auf dem Überwurf und Haare an der Wolldecke
- Schrank könnte auch gereinigt werden
- Ablauf im Waschbecken verstopft
- Fugen teils schimmlig
- Fehlende WC-Rollen und Bürsten Halterung
- Lose Deckenpaneelen
- Ratternde Lüftung (kann nicht ausgeschaltet werden)
- Diverse nicht funktionierende Lampen
Diese Rezension widerspiegelt meine persönliche Meinung.

I don’t recommend this hotel because my room was full of bedbugs. It is not safe to visit it.

On y est déjà aller il y a quelques années, côté chambre, ce sont des chambres, pas des appartements, on y est que pour dormir, on s en fou qu il n' y a que trois prises au lieu de 8, le seul bémol, c' est le petit dejeuner qui n' est pas en buffet, nous étions à 6 et deux d' entre nous sont descendus plus tard et nous avions tout manger à 4, mais pas de soucis , la charmante réceptionniste nous a donné deux autres ravier avec petit pain et croissants pour nos retarde à terre . On y retourne cette année à 6. Pour le petit déjeuner il y a tout ce qu'il faut aux alentours , pas de soucis. En plus à ce prix là, il n' y a pas de soucis.

La ubicación y la atención muy buena. Eso sí, las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear. Humedades y desconchones en las paredes, como se muestra en las fotos del resto de reseñas. Nos encontramos una chinche en la pared de la habitación y otra en la mesita de noche nada más llegar. La segunda noche me desperté con dos picaduras. Inspeccionamos la cama la primera noche y la manta tenía algunos pelos y una mancha de sangre. No lo recomiendo. Mejor invertir un poco más en el hotel y estar seguro de que no te va a picar nada.

Nous avons passé un week-end de 3 jours dans cet hôtel.
Il est charmant, typique, notre chambre était très bien, grande, propre, avec une grande salle de bain. L'hôtel est idéalement placé dans Venise. Le quartier est vivant, animé. Bref si nous devons revenir à Venise, nous savons où loger.

全体的に改善すべき点があるように感じた。入り口すぐの大きい鏡はヒビが入っていて、洗面台の電球も片方ついていなかった。トイレの便座はすぐズレる。シャワーをかけている部分が全部取れるくらいに破損していた。小虫が浴槽周辺にたくさんこびりついていた。あまり気持ちよく過ごせなかった。しかし、受付のひとはとても優しく丁寧な接してくださった。場所も良いところにある。寝るだけなら丁度いい感じ。

Le personnel est agréable et accueillant. Néanmoins l’emplacement de notre chambre était bruyante, nous entendions la femme de ménage quand elle prenait son service et les clients qui passent. Le lit grinçait énormément et est inconfortable !
Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas et le frigo n’est pas très froid !
En revanche l’emplacement est top !

I don’t mind the room being small, but it’s extremely dated. The bed is hard, the bedding is visibly worn and dirty, the blanket and pillow feels moist, the furniture were poorly made to begin with and looks like has been used for decades. One socket was literally on the bed so when you turn around you can hit your head on it. The room also has a bad smell that’s covered by some strong cheap scent.
And then there’s the bathroom. You don’t even need to open the door to smell the mold in it, so much so I had to avoid using the bathroom because it made me sick and wanted to throw up. I can’t comment on the shower because I didn’t use it, but the drain on the sink doesn’t work properly so water doesn’t go down fast enough even if you just want to wash your face. It’s truly disgusting.
I ended up didn’t change and just slept with jeans and jacket, and didn’t use the bathroom much. Got up as early as next morning, had a breakfast and left. The breakfast itself is ok but the coffee was the worst I had in Italy, I don’t think it uses fresh milk but instead just creamer.
I would just avoid this at all cost. Matter fact we arrived late and didn’t have to stay in the room for too long so I just got it over with. Had I arrived a bit earlier I would just switch hotel. I don’t care how cheap it is (and I feel even worse for those who paid full price), it’s just unbearable and I am pretty sure it’s not good for your health either.
