A small family-run hotel overlooking the Giudecca Canal that offers rooms with a picturesque decor.

A hostel with an orange façade and dark green shutters, which appears to be floating, rocked by the gentle slap of the waves coming from the Giudecca Canal. Here you feel out of time and at the same time close to everything, to all the tourist sites, including the Guggenheim and the Punta della Dogana. The rooms in this guesthouse have a picturesque decor with plenty of antique furniture and embroidered doilies. The building clearly has a soul. When you wake up, a breakfast will be waiting for you in a room with a Venetian touch.

Staff is really nice and helpful. 24h service. Location is good and directly at a large canal. Rooms are cosy, clean and have AC. Breakfast includes fresh served coffee, otherwise rather basic. Price is good for Venice. Not cheap, but well.. it's Venice.

Charming, authentic, air conditioning in our room, views of canals from balcony windows. Friendly staff, warm welcome. I can't describe how special this gem of a hotel is. Antiques, Murano glass chandeliers. Delicious buffet breakfast. Brilliant location ????????????????
