With gluten-free, lactose-free and even vegan recipes, traditional ice creams with monstrously delicious flavors, and constantly evolving quality ingredients, Suso has established itself as one of Venice's finest ice cream makers since 2010. Stracciatella, coffee, pistachio, caramel, hazelnut, chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, lemon... here, the great classics taste exceptional. As the price of success, it's not unusual to have to wait 10-20 minutes to get to the counter. But it's well worth the wait, and gourmets may well return.
