A cosy and intimate atmosphere for this small trattoria, perfect to discover the true Tuscan cuisine prepared according to tradition (grandmother's recipes). The four seasons arrive on the table: truffled mushrooms in autumn, wild boar with almonds in winter, baccalà all'isolana in spring and antipasti in summer... And when you discover Toci, the chef, a Japanese man in love with Tuscany, it will quickly become easy to understand why the flavours on offer taste so exotic... An address that, from a gastronomic point of view, remains quite surprising.
