I had amazing Indian food here during my recent trip to Florence. The owner is really nice and checked in at every table to greet the guests and make sure there requests are met. A must try.

Disappointed ☹️☹️
• Ordered Masala chai at an Indian restaurant, expecting authentic Indian taste.

• However, the served chai lacked the distinct spice flavors and felt like regular tea with milk.

• It was disappointing as the restaurant claimed to offer genuine Indian cuisine.

• This misrepresentation of the dish is misleading to customers and diminishes the experience.

• Will not be returning to this establishment.

Quando abbiamo ordinato il Masala chai in questo ristorante ho chiesto è vero Masala chai come in India e hanno detto Sì, questo è un ristorante indiano e abbiamo tutti vero indiano. Poi hanno servito il Masala Chai ma quando abbiamo assaggiato il suo non vero Masala Chai indiano. Non sentiamo nemmeno le spezie in esso ed è solo tè con il latte. Il vero Masala Chai indiano è davvero gustoso. Perché hanno mentito ai clienti a causa degli affari. Davvero deluso. Non tornare mai più.

Servizio veloce e locale molto carino.
Cibo mi è piaciuto molto, abbiamo mangiato gamberi fritti, focacce con le salse diverse, pollo in salsa piccante e le lenticchie e fagioli rosi.
Ristorante era pieno anche se era un giovedì sera.
Ci tornerò volentieri.

100% authentic Indian food. Owner treats you with a smile and makes you comfortable from the get go. Their food is as close to Indian food as you can get anywhere outside India. We tried aloo jeera, dal Banjara, naan and mango lassi and all of them were amazing.

Wow. Where can I start!? Long story short. We had 10 people in our party, looking for ethnic food that can satisfy our craving from home, because we can only consume so much of pasta and/or pizza in Italy. Anyways, called the restaurant making sure they are open and can accommodate us. The person (owner) was so gracious and so nice, telling us to come by and he has us covered. When we got there, he had a whole section blocked out for our party. Mind you, his restaurant was packed but somehow he managed to squeeze my big party. I mean, talk about making someone feel like a VIP. We sure did. ???? And the service from the hosts was amazing and the Indian food was impeccably made. Mama Mia... The owner checked on us a few times and even stood by and was telling us stories of long time past like in the old Italian restaurants back in the day. Sure felt like family. Simply amazing. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again next time. Cheers!

Simply the best India food in Florence and possibly Italy. Impeccable food and service. After a week in Italy we were craving Indian food and this hit the spot and then some. Highly recommend.

Locale molto accogliente e curato.

Haveli is amazing. I went with my wife. We didn’t have a prior reservation. Although the restaurant was almost fully booked, the owner was very accommodating to provide us a table in no time.

We ate Dal Makhani, Malai Kofta along with Aloo Kulcha. All the items were exceptional with authentic Indian taste.

We will definitely visit here again next time we are in Florence.

Prezzi alti, porzioni piccole, il riso a mio parere era stato cotto molto prima (era secco). Dopo due minuti dall' ordine avevamo gia il cibo nel piatto. Onestamente mi aspettavo di meglio

We happened to find this gem and could not be more thrilled that we did. Every dish was so authentic in flavor and well-presented. The service is excellent and the owner is such a warm, friendly person. Every staff person embodies his hospitality! Best meal is a long time!

Nonostante avessimo sbagliato prenotazione, siamo stati accolti benissimo dal personale.
Il locale è molto curato, il personale gentilissimo, attento e mai invadente. Piatti buonissimi e di alto livello. Prezzo giusto.
Sicuramente ci torneremo e super consigliato!!

È un ristorante storico a Firenze, lo frequentavo quando ancora era scrauso ed essenziale, oggi è uno dei più belli, la qualità è sempre ottima, forse ancora meglio di prima, i piatti sono molto curati, la spesa è giusta ed il personale capace, simpatico e gentile, diciamo che è uno di quegli etnici che vale la pena provare.
La location è stata arredata con cura, negli anni ha fatto il salto di qualità, la zona non favorisce il parcheggio ma nelle zone limitrofe più o meno si trova.
L'architettura del locale non favorisce gli invalidi ma con uno staff giovane e dinamico come loro c'è da aspettarsi anche un supporto fisico per muoversi agevolmente nelle stanze!
