This restaurant is part of the short list of quality addresses in the centre of Florence, a stone's throw from the cathedral. The period architecture and elegant decoration make it a choice stopover. On one side of the entrance, a beautiful exhibition of the best wines of the region, and on the other side, a small lounge where magazines on Tuscan cuisine are freely read. The excellence of its cuisine has established its reputation, particularly for its fresh products and homemade pasta. We love burrata ravioli on a bed of pesto and onion cream!

Great food and welcoming service.

They are usually not very crowded and you can always find a table even without a reservation.

Really was wanting to like this place as it was our final night in Florence but compared to all the incredible restaurants we went to this place just fell short. We didn’t feel attended to, service was brusque and not the level one would expect. Food was good but again, not at the level one would hope or expect for price. Overall, was an ok experience but not one we would want to repeat.

What a nice restaurant! Good vibe, lovely service and great food. It’s not cheap but it’s value for money. The interior with high ceilings and old ads for Italian brands create an intimate sphere. Lightning and acoustic is well taken care of. The list of wines is extensive. We chose a pecorino from the marche. All meals were tasteful, no exception. Definitely worth visiting!
